Refund policy

Not happy with the colour or changed your mind? Feel free to return our products, no questions asked. The product must not be used. 

if the product is:

• nail strips - they must be in the original box and on the original plastic package inside the box. All 24 strips must be in mint condition.
• cosmetic lenses - The blister pack must not have been opened, and the product must be returned in its original box. 
• Any other product - The product must be unused and in its original packaging.  

Shipping costs for returns will be at your cost. 

Refunds are processed the following Thursday from receipt of products.
