Welcome to the Zulu Eden Shipping Policies page. 

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Orders under R100 incur a R100 shipping fee. This is to cater for customers who live in areas where shipping is greater than R60
  • Orders  between R100 and R1000  in value have a standard R60 shipping fee.
  • All orders for delivery in South Africa over R1000 have free shipping. 

PROCESSING TIMELINES

All orders placed before 07:00am Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped the same day.  Orders placed after 07:00am  Monday to Friday will need an extra day to process and will be shipped the next day. Orders placed on a public holiday, Saturday or Sunday will be  ready for shipping on the next business  day. 

SHIPPING TIMELINES
All items shipped should deliver within the following schedule, depending on location:

  • For items delivering in Gauteng - delivery will be the next business day from order pick up. 
  • For items delivering to Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Bloemfontein and Port Elizabeth expect 2 business days for orders placed Monday to Friday.
  • For anywhere else in South Africa, delivery will be in 3 to 5 business days.

Delayed delivery - in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated timeline. We will endeavour to communicate with you any package delays and as when information comes through from Fastway our shipping company. This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year's end (November to December months), during promotions or other instances.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All our orders are shipped by Fastway Couriers, and you should get an email from Fastway Couriers within 1 working day of placing your order with your tracking number. Clicking on the tracking details will take you to a Fastway site that provides information on where your package is. Please note that this detail is available from when your package is collected from Zulu Eden. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Unfortunately we do not ship outside of South Africa. We may provide options for the SADC region in the near future, please complete the contact form.
